Crotalocephalus trilobite

Crotalocephalus is a genus of trilobite, an extinct marine arthropod that lived from the Late Silurian to the Early Devonian, around 430—400 million years ago. Its remains have been found in Australia, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

This sculpture is done by cold-casting from moulds of original soapstone carvings using polyurethane resin, metal powders and plaster.
